"Bob showed up the same day we called which though it wasn't an emergency we appreciated how fast they got someone here. After leading him to our boiler he spent about 3 hours working on it, and got it running, which was a relief to us. He wrote us the bill and charged us a very reasonable price for labor and warned of other parts that would require service in the next year or two. It could have been done there but, he also explained what was causing the issues and why the parts would require service, and even gave us a ballpark on the cost of parts needed for the job. I'm quite impressed with the skill and service we received, and though we dont look forward to the next time the boiler needs work, we will be very glad to call this company again."

"Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"

"Gino was excellent to work with. Unlike other construction companies we had called for estimates, Gino returned my calls quickly and always arrived at our home when he said that he would. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, which was faster than the one week estimate that he had originally given!
