"B&E remodelling and roofing was recommended from a friend. They were 1 of numerous estimates I received for this large project. Mark one of the owners came out to do the estimate. He was very friendly and took his time to explain everything they were going to do and the products they used. Once the work started his crew were professional and punctual. Everyone was polite. This was a big job and his crews were here for two weeks straight, always informing me what work was going to be performed the following days. My wife and I love the make over B&E did on our house. We have had many people stop and tell us they love the house and the way it looks. The craftsmanship is impeccable. "They installed the tile on the floor and supposed to come back to wipe the haze off and then seal. When we called to see when he will come back, he said on Monday at 10:30am. I waited home all day and he never showed or called. When I called him he said he forgot he was off Monday, he meant Tuesday. However, he never showed up on Tuesday, came on Friday. After wiping down we said the grout looks messy and the color is off, there were some skinny lines and some thick and not straight, he said you can wipe it with a wet towel and it will come off. We said can you come here and do it...why should we have to scrub the floor since we paid to get it done. We felt there was alot of bullcrap words....the job was not left nice, clean, professional the way we thought it would be. It took 1-1/2 months for him to offer a regrout and never apologized for the crappy job they did to begin with. We have used him about 5 years ago and he did do a great job, but I dont know what happened to his professionalism and honesty and detail to his work. Losing trust in him, my husband and I thought we would take the challenge to do the grout ourselves and glad we did. <br /> <br />Its ashame he didnt do a great job since we had so many other jobs for him to do. We will need to find someone else :( <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"All of the work was done to perfection. Chernega construction took our ideas on the remodel and worked with us to make them even better than we had imagined. They built out a home office, designed a beautiful floor to ceiling fire place, opened the kitchen to the family room, and added can lighting throughout the home. "Great! Bill responded to my initial inquiry quickly. We set a time for him to see the various jobs I wanted done. (replace two sets of window shutters, install an outdoor light above front door, install doorbell button, install address plaque, tie up loose cable wires on side of house, power wash side walk, awning, storm door and stained foundation block). He got back to me within 4-5 days with a quote that I felt was reasonable. He was able to fit me into his schedule about 10 days later. Everything he worked on was done very well. The weather interrupted his work and he returned over the weekend to finish. This was the first time he did work for me and I feel confident that I will not hesitate to rely on him as my regular handyman from now on. Bill is very friendly and he also took note of any items he noticed that may need attention which I appreciated."
