"I had a great experience working with Tim to add a large sports room onto the back of my house in Etna. I had several conversations with him about what I was looking to do and then he put together a very reasonable project. I really like how Tim manages the money and the various contractors he works with. He put together a plan for me paying him based on the various milestones of the project, which then involved different people for the foundation, insulation, drywall, electrical and so on. This kept everyone on schedule and the entire addition was completed between April to early-July of 2023. I also had him put in hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor of my house. It is such a great improvement to the living space. Just excellent work and completeprofessionalism from Tim and his crew and the contractors he works with.
