"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. It got to the point where we decided to go for a whole rebuild rather than multiple repairs down the road. The other quotes we got were for a repair so I honestly don't know where they would've landed price-wise compared to others. To be honest, they were not the least expensive quote for the repair, but their plan for how to repair it was better. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism."
