So he did a complete gut and remodel of the second floor of my house, which included a full bathroom and tub/shower, 3 bedrooms and an office. Paint, stain, new floors, new ceilings and drywall were only a handful of the things he did. Everything came out splendid. I have 4 cats and he was very accommodating as well. I’d 100% recommend him for other jobs and would 100% hire him to come back and do other jobs on my house!"

His design was creative and we were able to get the necessary components – cabinets, quartz counter-top, appliances, etc. – at reduced prices. The workmanship was excellent. The plumber and electrician that Dave used were also top-notch. My fuse box was upgraded to circuit breakers and, as a side job, my bathroom sink was replaced with one I could actually use. The work was completed quickly as promised with the only delay being caused by the wait for delivery of my stove and microwave. "We had an excellent experience with Argen Builders. We had our tub and surrounding walls removed and replaced with a new tub, subway tiles, and a marble niche. Having two young children (ages 1.5 and 3) I was very apprehensive to have people in the house during Covid times. However, during the entire duration of their work, the entire team always wore masks and took precautions. They were extremely friendly, and we felt very safe. Argen remained on schedule and were able to complete the job within six days. There were a couple small issues that arose, and they were able to deliver creative solutions. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. The completed work is flawless and looks incredible. They cleaned up after the completion of the work, disposing of materials, and even wiped down the floor and counters of the bathroom. I highly recommend Argen and we will definitely use them again in the future."

"Lionel arrived on time and did an estimate for our project.  I was confident that he knew his stuff and could deliver on the job.  He was very punctual in providing us a verbal estimate then followed it up with a written estimate, which was very appreciated.  In the end, we wound up using someone who was lower priced because we had a lot of items on our wish list and we accepted more risk to our project with the hope that we would be able to get more done in this phase of our remodel.
I would definitely recommend bringing in this company to do an estimate.  For future work I would definitely want to bring them in.
