When other companies heard this was an insurance claim, they tried to take every last dollar of the insurance money. Rolando didn't care it was an insurance claim, he told me straight up that he would only charge his price and do a very good job and give us a warranty on the labor. He4 came in less than half the price the other companies were quoting us which left us money to put into another project on our home. Rolando is an honest hard worker. His crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely trust him with any future roofing needs should they come up."

When fence was built, I asked for a rot board on the bottom rail (1x6), the extra price of the wood was included in the bid...They forgot the rot board and pickets go all the way to ground, we spoke of a DISCOUNT on the next job or rebate...never happened..

Owner of company took measurements for new sliding glass door...the measurements were wrong...Home DEPOT was kind enough NOT to charge me a restock fee.

When the new door came in weeks later, they didn't return our calls.  The rest of the work was complete and they were paid.

It was only a couple hundred bucks...we gave up...

I was going to call them when the door sliding glass door arrived for install...my wife said NO...

We hired someone else rather than give MCS another dime...

No...I would not utilize this company for anything other than PAINT and ROOF...

"They first came out and to do an inspection and repair a leak in our roof.  They did a good job with that and installed a water barrier that they guaranteed.  They only charged $385 to do this work.  A few days later they came out and repaired some other damaged shingles.  While they were doing this they even cleared a portion of my gutters free of charge.  For this they just charged us their minimum service fee.  They showed up very quickly both times and made things very easy for us.  We would recommend them to anyone. "
