"I contacted Morales Drywall in October of 2023. He came and quoted/gave an estimate. I also inquired about painting and flooring in which he advised he had workers for those services. I hired Morales Drywall (Gerardo Morales) and was provided 3 invoices for all services to be done. I ordered material and was on contact with Morales from the start of my project. When the materials were delivered I contacted Morales and he came over to move the material into my addition and started work immediately. There was a hiccup in the process that took time to get done before Morales could start back after being told he had to stop the installation of insulation and sheetrock. We were in communication with each other throughout the whole process by either text or phone call. Morales called me on January 27th to confirm if I still needed the work done and just checking up on the status of the process. I advised him I would be ready that week as I heard from the company that they would be providing me the letter to be able to proceed with the project. I reached out to him on January 29th with these details. Morales responded back on January 30th and said to let him know when I'm ready and thanks. I responded back on February 2nd through text message that I received the letter for the project to proceed, I didn't get a response so I called him later that day and phone was going straight to voicemail. I called again on February 3rd and the phone was still going to voicemail. I emailed the email address listed on Angi. I found him on Next door and reached out as well, no response. I called for 6 different phone numbers and the phone still goes to voicemail."

"Shain was very friendly and worked very close with me on a tight time frame to get the work completed. He did a great job removing very stubborn wallpaper. I called several companies and they were not interested in even providing me a quote to remove the wallpaper. He's crew did a great job with painting and clean up. We will be using again in the future.

"In May 2011, I had Victor and his crew paint three rooms which were avocado and harvest gold despite being in a home built in 1997. He also painted and repaired a cupola.
After a dishwasher supply line broke in late 2012  flooded our kitchen and destroyed hardwood floors throughout I should have insisted that the contractor use Paintmaster Plus instead of his own company. That was a huge mistake as they painted in two rooms where their mitigation crews ripped out molding and left marks on the walls. These blobs paint did not match the original wall color and were hideous.
Victor and Nathan carefully moved furniture out the the rooms, prepped with floor cloths and cut in before running rollers. Since the painted blobs were difficult to cover they had to paint each room three times which took an extra gallon of paint. I offered to go get it but they brought it back from lunch.
I was very happy with the Sherwin Williams pro paint they use, their extensive prep time and service.
