"Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."

We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! "Excellent work!  Orig. price quoted  was 4,150.00.  However, during tear off of old roof they had shown my husband five layers of roofing shingles (which was causing our roof to sag).   We initially thought there were only 3 layers. When initially called, they explained they were super busy and it would be about a month.  After a month, called them back to see how much longer and they were out within that week or next.  Came out at around 7am and were completely finished by 8pm that evening.   Including clean up.   Its been two years since work was done and roof is still great!  We will definitely have them do more work!  Sorry this post is almost 2 years later, however on the up side at least I can say the quality of workmanship is still like new!"
