"Very well....pun intended. FYI I rated price as a "B" but honestly, I think it could have been much worse. They spent some time troubleshooting and avoided pulling the well pump up...in my opinion a sign of true professionals. They could have made a **** of a lot more money off of me if they wanted. Additionally, Billy, the owner showed up part way through the job even though their office is a good 30 minutes away. Ended up the leak was a failed pvc joint out in the yard. They found it without digging using a very large "cake tester". A small, hand-dug hole, some new couplings and a bit of glue and we're back up and running. They also pumped up the well-tank bladder, swapped out some tired parts and installed an additional check valve while they were here. I heartily recommend them for well servicing."

"Called True Value in Georgetown for a recommended plumber when I found my disposer had a <strong>major leak. </strong>They were able to squeezer me in the very next day. Two plumbers came and very efficiently worked on all items and were done in no time. They didn't waste any time. They also showed and explained what they did to fix all items. It is nice to find a true plumbing busiiness that is honest, efficient, trustworthy and caring for customer service. <br /> My son's gas water heater went and I gave him Tony Perks name. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good plumber. <br />"

"These folks were my second estimate. And that part of the process is challenging as you really don't know what you'll encounter within walls etc. And the first firm simply blue skied the amount that anything could happen and they would come in lower. Holmes was pretty fair and straight forward at $100 per hour plus material. And the owner and his brother both came to look at the site prior to start (within a day of calling) and both felt it should fall into a two to three hour window. Arrived promptly to start work. They said they did have a truck breakdown and as such didn't have the full compliment of tools and inventory with them. So they did need to leave and get some goods picked up as job progressed. Probably were on site closer to five hours. Put lines under pressure and came back next morning to make sure no leaks, then finished up last clamps etc-probably another half hour. But because of the need to get some parts and other equipment and to leave the job, they backed down to 3 hours. Overall all felt it was fair. Gas lines are in..so ready for tank and gas fireplace. <br />"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
