Knowledgeable of the code and pointed out something in the architectural drawings that needed to be changed. Answered emails. Updated little detail in the contract quickly when I asked about it. Scheduled a time to do the work relatively quickly, including the permitting. I am a little out of the way and they did the hour drive without a complaint.
