"Jim is a very skilled and dependable handyman. He completed several home projects for me in 2 1/2 days. He was very prompt arriving, worked nonstop each day, and cleaned up each time. He installed a new bathroom light fixture; installed a new storm door; installed new casing and sill for a rotting exterior double door; removed bedroom carpeting and treated stain/odor areas; painted bathroom and bedroom. "Mr. Shaffer took care of the problem, which was a leak in the basement from a copper drainage pipe. He was here a few hours for this issue and needed some local supplies. I felt he was very fair with cost of the job. As he works as regular job as I do, you will need to be flexible as far as when he is able to do your project or may have other jobs ahead of yours. Would definitely utilize Mr. Shaffer again as I am sure other issues will come up with an older home."

"In the garage in our house, there was a wire leading from the outlet for our garage door opener up into the ceiling, and we did not know what it was for. Apparently, the previous owner had done it and the electrical box was open with wire running out of it. Mr. Herrera came in traced where the wire went, put a new box in to clean up the mess. He traced the wire, reran it to the panel with a separate breaker. His work was clean and neat. He treated me like a professional should, and I highly recommend him."
