"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This all started last winter when the roof started to leak around the fireplace.  Mr. Scandroli came out and looked at the problem and put tar all over the roof to keep it from leaking until the roof could be repaired in the spring. To my surprise he called in mid march and said they would start the roof the next Monday.  High winds kept that from happening for two days but the work started on Wednesday and was completed in 5 days.  The men came at 8am every day and worked through till it was dark.  They always made sure that everything was picked up at the end of the day.  Mr. Scandroli came by twice every day and talked to me about the progress of the roof.  The roof and gutters look great and the service was exceptional."

"Without a doubt hands down the best contractor i have ever worked with. We had an insurance claim from a flood on our second floor that leaked to the 1st floor and basement, Chris, Roy and the team was there PROMPTLY ever day at 7am SHARP, when they started to place plastic and cardboard on the floor that was our first sign that they were going to be good, the work was the best i have ever seen AND Having a 90 year old mother in law in the house at the time was a challenge, they even took the time to call and let me know how she was. "Alan made an appointment to come to the house and give us an estimate.  He wrote the estimate right away and told us when he could come do the work.  He and his crew were on time, friendly, and professional.  They took all necessary steps to prepare the areas for painting, and keep the other areas clean.  They repaired drywall in the master bathroom, and down the basement stairwell.  Everything looks like new!  They didn't take any shortcuts on prep or painting.
