"Excellent company! Needed a main line routed. They showed up on time. Did the work in a quickly and opened up the line. They quoted a price and that is what we paid. We will be using them for our yearly clean out of the line."

"I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"

"I had an excellent experience with Goodfellas Sewer and Drain. They recently helped me with a complex kitchen sink issue, taking apart the drain piping and garbage disposal to rod and clear the drain. They worked efficiently and left everything clean and properly reassembled. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, thorough service!"

"They arrived on time. Knowledgeable and professional. They successfully cleared the drain all the way into the wall."

"Start date was changed unexpectedly. But, it all worked out. Drain installation works as promised. I would definitely recommend them. Installers were professional, knowledgeable and gave great advise on other projects needed."

"Had a basement flooding problem to what I believed to be a main sewer backup. John came out and checked everything and informed me of my basement flooding cause. I truly appreciate his honesty and knowledge of my plumbing issue, I now have a better understanding of my house and can resolve the issue. Thank you for an honest company!!"

"My sump pump died around 5:30 in the morning after a night of rain. By 6am someone from Downing called to inquire about my issue and although I work in Chicago, and could not be there to meet the plumber, I was able to get this sorted by 10am. The people I spoke with were super nice, Jim the plumber was very informative and though I wasn’t expecting to have this cost, I felt the price was fair for a new pump installation. (Yay, homeownership!) I was able to pay over the phone and the whole process was quick and (relatively) painless! Will keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs! Thanks again!"

""Robert", the service man was out on time, clear in explaining what he was going to do, and then in doing it. He worked efficiently and quickly, both inside the basement and outside. He kept me informed as he went along. He tested the system before leaving. He cleaned up his work area, loaded up his truck and had me sign "completion" before leaving. I was very pleased."

"Comandor & Antoine showed up within and hour and addressed my issue. They let me watch everything and talked me through start to finish. It was a dirty job, but they did it with a smile and were fun to talk with. They only did what was needed and didn't try to upcharge me for things I don't need. I have been burned before by sewer companies, and it was nice to find a couple guys I can trust. My only complaint is that the AB and Sons website listed "Power rodding starting at $99". I thought this was too good to be true, and it was. The crew wasn't aware of the website price. Turns out that is for rodding regular drains. Be sure to be clear what you need."
