I called 5-10 different places to get quotes, they were the most affordable by a decent margin. Kratos was really great- he was on time, very friendly, wasn't annoyed by our dogs constantly being at his side, etc. He finished the job very quickly and gave great education on how the system works and what we should be looking for to ensure it's functioning well. Additionally, he randomly fixed an electrical issue we were having with some outlets! The inspection took 2 hours and at the end we received a detailed printed report and he emailed a pdf of that also.  On the radon, he did not just look at the mean level but how it fluctuated over time (max and min levels).  There may be a signifcant issue with the type of  siding on the house and he advised speaking to an expert .- which we are doing. <br />"
