"We have a situation where I think the service was fine but we have an older home and the pipes didn't handle what we wanted them to do. I was not here when that happened but my husband was at home. As far as I know, he felt fine about it but we were both disappointed about the fact that we have to limit on how we use our garbage disposal. The work  fixed the problem temporarily but a way it was user error - we were making mistakes about what we expected from our drainage systems. The price was reasonable.
