Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. "We got 4 other quotes for getting our house painted, and ended up choosing the Paint Doctor. They don't have a huge painting team or marketing team, and their quotes came in the lowest (by FAR). "I had three companies come out and provide estimates, Wyndhill's was by far the best. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. They came when they said they would, did the work they agreed to do, and everything looks and is great so far. We would definitely use again and highly recommend them."

"DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE! If you are within 50 miles of COS, don't go with any other person. If you are further out, ask them if they will come to your house. I had one "roofing" company tell me "you have a stucco problem" when my roof was leaking. MANY companies said "we're too busy to do repairs". JB Masters responded same day as I called and left a message, was VERY responsive throughout the repair, and had the repair completed within a few days. They know what they are doing, they will talk to you and explain the issues and their resolution, and will charge you a very fair price. Did I mention how responsive they were? Don't go anywhere else - don't waste your time and money. I'm in Canon City, and they came from COS two days in a row just for a repair. I'm extremely satisfied and will call them again next time I need work."
