"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Another great job completed by JB Masters. They replaced my roof & gutters last year and now they completed a complicated painting job on my home. The architectural design of my home presented a lot of detail work & the crew couldn't have been more attentive. I don't know how many times I heard, "We want you to be happy." They also offered great advice on how to paint the trim as this was my first time having a home painted to this extent. My house presented several challenges but the crew was able to handle them confidently and professionally. "I searched for several paint companies before settling on The Paint Doctor. Read blogs/reviews of about 30 companies in the local area. There were only 3 companies that met my criteria - high reviews, number of reviews greater than 100, no really bad reviews like one company had an ex-convict threaten the homeowner, and had to have been around for more than 10 years. Two of those companies returned my call - The Paint Doctor and AMC Painting. AMC Painting's estimate came in about $1000 higher and The Paint Doctor's guarantee was longer and covered the labor and caulking too, so I went with The Paint Doctor. Some discrepancies between what the initial consultation mentioned and what the actual painting took place: - I thought I was told that they do not use subcontractors, but a subcontractor did the job. When asked about that later, was told that they only higher quality subcontractors with experience and still guarantee their work. - Was told that when the siding nails are loose, they will use screws. The sub-contractor wasn't even aware of this and never heard of such a thing. Nevertheless, the loose nails were pounded back in, and it all looks just fine. - Was told that the rotted wood around the window would be replaced. I assumed that meant the complete board would be replaced. For example, the 3 foot 1x4 board under a window. But only the portion that was rotted was replaced, so it looks a little odd. Only about 10 inches of that 3 foot board was replaced. If it were me doing the work, I would have replaced the whole board, so you wouldn't see the crease. Problems: - Tape was left on the roof. Sub-contractor returned and removed the tape. - Caulking at the front window was old and black. Sub-contractor fixed. - Gap at basement walkout door. Sub-contractor caulked and painted. - Sub-contractor filled our trashcan. Luckily trash pick-up was the next day. Would have been more professional if they took away their own trash with them when they were done. - Paint got stuck to the weatherstripping to the front door. So, when the door was opened, the weatherstripping was ripped from the door jam. I ended up fixing this because I was in the process of adding a storm door. The sub-contractor stated this was done because no one was home at the time. It probably would have been better to work with the homeowner to remove the weatherstripping, so a gap is there to paint the door and the door jam, then when it's dry, to re-install the weatherstripping. Bottom line: The paint came out great, the trimming looks great, they completed the job very quickly - about 3 days, they cleaned up their mess, didn't see any splatter, and they were polite. The best thing is that The Paint Doctor guarantees the paint, labor, and caulking for 12 years for our contract. Whether this ends up to be true or not, I will revisit this review and update it."

"I had three companies come out and provide estimates, Wyndhill's was by far the best. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. They came when they said they would, did the work they agreed to do, and everything looks and is great so far. We would definitely use again and highly recommend them."

"Door Replacement - more work than originally thought but was due to change in codes requiring fire rated door. Since an interior door was being replaced with an exterior door there was a size difference which required reframing the door jam. They walked me through the process of why and how and proceeded.
Deck repairs - more damage that orginally known as structural members were not exposed. Once exisitng stairs were remove there was considerable rot. Offered alternate solutions for handrail. Discussed material options. Provided game plan for repair. Purchased needed materials. Deck repairs completed and handrail added.
Existing electrical outlet changed out to provide plug for garage door opener that had been installed using an extension cord.
The work was more time intense but they stuck with the job until completed in the same in order to work with my travel schedule.
Great all around knowledge of the construction trades. Methodical and kept a clean job site. Kept me up to speed on each project.
Would not hesitate to hire for other work."

"lOn 8/21/15 we had a water pipe break which caused the water valve to burst. My husband was outside and I was in a back bedroom getting ready for work. By the time we discovered it, most of our basement was in ankle deep water. After getting a plumber and a utility guy to get the plumbing fixed, we called the insurance. At first we were told it wouldn't be covered so we spent 4 days pulling up rug and padding knowing they were ruined. There was one room where the carpet was not very old so we decided to call someone to see if it could be saved. That is when Property Restoration Resolutions and it's owner Shawn Turano came into our lives.What did he do? Everything!!!  It began with his inspection of our property and his discussion with our insurance company explaining and getting them to understand and agree to cover the costs.
As far as to what he and his men did the list is long. They removed all our furniture and belongings from the basement. removed all the old carpeting and padding throughout the basement, brought in industrial size equipment to run for several hours to try to dry out the area, removed all the doors and floorboards, made a 2 ft. tall cut into every wall because the water had seeped into the inside of the walls. tried to remove the tile under the carpet but when it became suspect he ordered testing, testing was positive for asbestos,contracted a company to come in to remove the asbestos, removing the wainscot, removing the wallpaper.
Then the rebuilding began, dry walling, rebuilding the bathroom because 4 of the walls were compromised which included tiling the floor, shower floor and wall, reinstalling the toilet and sink with cabinet, hired 2 incredible painters to repaint the whole downstairs family room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and hallway, replaced floor boards and repaired bottom of wooden door frames, contracted a company to replace all the carpeting and to tile the laundry room and attached storage room, instead of replacing the wainscot a chair bar was installed  in the family room.
They also provided a large dumpster and a large holding bin. As I took pictures of the damaged property they threw it in the dumpster and put the rest in the holding bin. When the work was done the guys returned all of the boxes and furniture and other items to the basement placing them where I asked them to put them.
 Unless you have been through something like this you cannot imagine the stress and frustration we felt at first. My husband and I are over 65 and semi-retired so those first few days were awful! Scary, hard work and overwhelming.Then we called  Property Restoration Solutions and Shawn took over.He was truly a God send. He surveyed the situation and immediately went to work . All of the people that work for him were great! Nate, Marcus and Austin were friendly, courteous and respectful. They wrapped, packed and cared for our household items as if they were their own. They worked in a timely manner always asking and respecting my opinion when needed.There were days when I had to leave them alone in the house because of my work and that was fine. I knew that the company was licensed and bonded, but I knew in my heart that I had nothing to worry about. They all were great guys.
Shawn also hired independent painters Randy and Dan Steckman who did a wonderful job, very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had them do some extra work that was not part  of the insurance settlement and their prices I thought were very reasonable.
All along the way Shawn helped us from choosing carpeting to tile to paint colors to tile and flooring for the shower. He made everything easier for us. He answered all our questions and explained anything we needed explained. I would absolutely recommend him for any of this kind of work. He and his crew are wonderful people and excellent craftsmen!!"
