"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. "Cerletti & Kennedy recently renovated our kitchen and dining area, and the end result is exceptional. In addition to relocating HVAC and water heater, our project required structural work. All of these things, as well as our daily questions and concerns, were handled by Matt and Robert et. al. with professionalism and patience."

"We hired Bear Remodeling to convert our garage into an ADU for my mom to live in, and they knocked it out of the park! They handled everything. The team added proper insulation, installed new windows for natural light, and created a small but efficient kitchen area. They even finished the exterior paint to match our house perfectly. The transformation is incredible. You'd never know it used to be a garage. It took about 8 weeks from start to finish, which was actually faster than we expected. If you need more living space but don't want to move, I'd recommend their garage conversion service without hesitation."

"My project was a major renovation of a 1985 Victorian home that suffered a devastating fire. Erik and his team did a beautiful job following my architect’s plans, and was also proactive about calling out necessary changes. He was very patient with all of my changes and very specific requests, and was a very calming influence when unexpected surprises inevitably arose during construction. The final results are beautiful, and an historic house has been saved. I look forward to working with Erik again in the future!"
