"Horrific, the concrete dust and dirt from carpet removal went through the entire house. We had to deep clean the entire house including beams of cathedral ceilings and got sick from the dust. When they laid the tiles (wood plank type) they did not mix the repeating designs as they were supposed to. Result, a horrible looking floor with lots of repeats next to each other.
