Very high quality product (love the backing material) We had a very difficult stone wall & the guys literally hand carved the plank in that area to fit perfectly! Some minor scheduling hiccups but Chad went the extra mile to ensure the job got done right in a timely manner... staying very late one night to accommodate our schedule. Best Part... "the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
