It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"

"Storm Damage: During the storm a tree fell on my house, damaging the roof, chimney, gutters, soffit, siding; etc. <br /> I called my Insurance Company, they contacted Purofirst Disaster Services.
