The rep came in and finished the work the same day, had covered the area to protect from dust, and cleaned up after himself once the job was done. "We are very pleased with Classic Granite & Marble - professional from start to finish.  We were looking to replace our existing island countertop with a new granite countertop.  We visited the showrooms and warehouses of 5 granite businesses in the area and chose Classic Granite as they had a large selection of granite slabs and had very good reviews on Angie?s list.  We walked through the warehouse to see the slabs, all marked as to price grade.  Once we made our selection, we were shown three different slabs of that stone to choose from.  We were then able to specify which corner of that slab would be ours and then the stone was tagged for us. Rosa, our salesperson, worked with us to finalize the purchase, including an undermounted sink, and scheduled measurement and installation dates.  Eric arrived at our home just a week or so after that and made his measurements with lasers and a laptop.  A few days later we received an email with the cutout drawing and then a second email with a photo of the actual stone showing where it would be cut and where the sink cutout would be.  I really liked that as we wanted the sink in a particular spot on the granite to preserve some of the beautiful lines in the stone.  Once we approved the drawing, the stone was cut that day so installation could be done as scheduled the following week.  The two man installation team headed by Carlos was very professional and careful with our cabinets.  They covered the floor with protective sheets and worked carefully to remove the old granite countertop that had been glued in more places than they expected.  Once removed, they brought in the new countertop (beautiful!), placed it correctly and mounted the sink under the granite.  They cleaned the slab, sealed it and picked up all the protective coverings.    We were impressed with how careful they were, and there was not any damage to our cabinets or floors. <br /> We highly recommend Classic Granite & Marble.  They had a great selection, knowledgeable personnel, and delivered on time with a beautiful product.  We couldn?t be happier. <br />"

"Eric and his team did an amazing job repointing cracks throughout our stone house. They rebuilt a badly damaged and previously poorly repaired, repeatedly poorly repaired, portion of the wall outside the garage that now looks like new. They replaced a rusting and failing lintel over a diamond leaded glass window that is important to us and it looks amazing. You cannot tell at all where any of this work has been done, the house looks like new, you would never know where repairs have been done. The front path and stairs look new! Neighbors have stopped by to complement the work. Eric was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions about the process. It took a while to schedule, but that is because they do meticulous, perfectionist work. They are worth the wait! The prices are very fair also, particularly given the time, work, and skill level involved."

I also needed some caulking outside of my home, he took it on with no issues. His prices are fair and reasonable and I I will be using them for other projects. Hours later the local person called and said he was out of town and that Angie's list had mixed up the appointment time and date. I reminded him that his call center had confirmed the appointment by email and phone.</p> <p>After rescheduling for a later date the tech arrived and performed the service. I didn't see any difference in the granite than when I use cleaner and polish myself. Very disappointed.</p> <br />"

"Outstanding experience - Sonny is now my granite guy. The price was the best I could find. He showed me the product in his warehouse and even had the crane pull it out so we could see the full piece and take pictures. He stopped by to take our measurements the next day, and a week later they did the install. Took less than 2 hours to put it all in, plus plumbing. Their plumber is excellent, professional and courteous. The job looks beautiful and I would highly recommend Top Granite."

"Went great, we met Shawn at a home and garden show a few months ago. He was actually referred to us by 2 other friends so we met with him at the Westminster location. Once we arrived we were overwhelmed by the selection of stone that they had on the floor. Shawn helped us narrow down a color to compliment our kitchen cabinets and floor. We were able to pick the exact stone and layout the design with them. Shawn even suggested we add stacked stone to our island (the back side that is the cheap laminate wood). Installation was schedule within a week from when we first signed a contract. Everything looks wonderful, we could not be any more happy with how our new kitchen turned out. <br />"
