"The very professional and friendly Antonio Ferrao technicians (1) reinstalled our home s broken doorbell system and on top of that, (2) installed the Ring video doorbell system all in one day. We had somehow been surviving without a doorbell system for many years and it is now life-changing to be alerted by Ring chimes any time someone drives down the driveway or approaches the door! The technicians were very helpful and patient in suggesting which Ring product to buy at Best Buy and also which chime to purchase at the local hardware store, which I did while they were working. "I had an emergency service need: the electric cable providing power to my home detached from the outside of my house during a wind storm. Pat Tapia, the owner of B-Dyson Electric, came the very next morning to assess the damage and review what needed to be done to install/re-attach the cable according to code so that my electric company could restore power by that evening. He explained what needed to be done and acted quickly to get the "emergency" electrical work permit from the County as well as getting the necessary equipment (which thankfully was in stock), to do the job. He was punctual, courteous, experienced and very dedicated to completing his electrical task. And when he’s done he will explain and show you how the new dimmer switch works. Antonio Ferrao sent his truck over within hours of my call and his men inspected my old circuit board and showed me the problem circuit breakers and even the discolored area around one which was heating up. They gave me a quote with 10% off if I could pay cash. I hired them. They came the next day, and kindly kept my generator on so I could have electricity while they shut off the main line to change the circuit board. They were fast, efficient, labeled all the new circuit breakers, and cleaned up completely. I would recommend them to anyone."
