I called and left a message and altho the answering machine said they usually return calls within 24 hrs, I did not get a call back until 2 days after and was quoted around $225 for repairs. Meanwhile I got a quote on a new door just in case for $1500. He came out the day after he called and cleaned the tracks and replaced the rollers. He also showed me how to maintain the doors and lubricate the tracks. I followed his maintenance instructions for my other door and now both doors work like a dream and for less money than they quoted. I was truly impressed."

"My husband and I are extremely pleased with the results. The owner was able to come and give us an estimate in a timely manner and was very helpful in presenting different options. He and an assistant did the work in a professional manner and they took all the old blinds, packaging, etc. with them. I'm sorry that I don't recall the cost but I know that it was quite reasonable (as the company name implies). The job involved 5 windows with each requiring 3 sets of shutters. That's a lot of windows and they ended up looking uniform and easy to operate and clean. I will call upon them again when I decide what I want to do with the rest of my windows."
