How can it be a kit if it doesn't have walls? I called the manufacturer and discovered that the problem was with them and their advertising and not with Lowes who were as perplexed as I was. They did a good job tiling the bathroom floor and shower, installing plaster boards and painting the walls and ceiling. They installed a vanity, commode and shower with a grab bar and completed the work within one week and on budget. I would definitely hire them again."
