How can it be a kit if it doesn't have walls? I called the manufacturer and discovered that the problem was with them and their advertising and not with Lowes who were as perplexed as I was. Anthony and his brother loaded the kit in their truck an we went to Lowes where I got refunded the full amount. Anthony then worked with the plumbing department where we got a kit from a different manufacturer which had all the parts and TriStar got it installed just fine. They did a good job tiling the bathroom floor and shower, installing plaster boards and painting the walls and ceiling.
