"I called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. "We hired Westside Building and Restoration to do several projects for us. We had the railing on our pool deck replaced, gutters on entire house and garage installed, new patio door installed and new screen doors on screened porch as well as new screening installed. Bucky and Chris were outstanding. The wood around our patio door had rotten badly. They were able to correct all the damage. The quality of their work is excellent. Plus they are knowledgeable and friendly. Jose and his co-worker installed the gutters. They, too, were wonderful. Jose's attention to detail is outstanding. He made sure the gutters were angled properly to drain correctly as well as created a downspout to accommodate my rain barrel. We are so pleased with all the work done and will hire them again for any future projects we may have."
