Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). Ended up scheduling an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. He was here on the dot and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed not only that, but helped my husband get other things restarted as well (water filter and hot water heater) before he left. "Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."
