"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. You won’t be disappointed."

"The team at Five Star Bath Solutions of Alliance are amazing. They updated our master shower and turned it from basic contractor to a gorgeous custom spa-like oasis. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and took his time to insure all my questions were answered, and the plan for our new shower met all our needs. Once the installation team arrived, they made sure to cover everything floor to ceiling and cleaned up everything when they left. They took time to ask for my preferences before installing the shelves, niche, grab bar and bench so every detail was exactly as we wanted. The materials used are very easy to clean. Once they were finished, the glass installer came out for precise measurements for the custom cut door. The frameless glass door fits perfect and looks beautiful. The material used for the shower walls and floor are so low maintenance, a squeegee and dawn are whats recommended to use. We are so in love with our new shower. It feels so luxurious."

"One workman showed up. He left the section where the new shower wall connected to the ceiling unfinished. He did not come back- I called several numbers, including to the salesman. No one called me back. "

"I wrote a positive review to begin with but the work showed its quality soon enough. The wrong pipe used on water heater, rusted through and leaking, a Jerry rigged exhaust on the water heater that had to be replaced with a boot, an outdoor electric cord for a floodlight left exposed that?s romex for internal use. Ring floodlights I had to reinstall correctly. Toilets we didn?t want we had to replace. I wish I had better things to say as I did early into our relationship as evidenced by my first review, but he ghosted me after doing a lot of work and issues started to show up. I thought he was a friend, but he took advantage of me as a young homeowner and then disappeared. He even smoked in our attic while doing the water heater. He also rarely cleaned up his messes after the project, just leaving them for me to pick up. We had to pay large sums of money to actual professionals to fix the issues. Be careful?and use someone reputable, it will be cheaper in long run. -Jonny B"
