"The man that repaired my washing machine checked out everything before he cleaned out the drain pipe."

"Quick and professional removal and installation! Also replaced cold water galvanized pipe running from main to water heater with pex. Will consider using M&S in the future to replace remaining galvanized pipes in the future."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Kouder when I first moved in to my new home and needed some lights replaced. He replaced a fan, some outdoor lights and installed a new safety light in the backyard for me. His work quality is excellent! He is very fair in pricing too. By installing my canless lights I actually saved money. He worked with the schedules of my painters as well. I liked their work so much that he has become the electrician for my folks as well. He has been out to their house three times also. I trust him, his work, and am glad to say, " i know a good guy" when my friends ask for an electrician referral ."

"He was extremely professional and timely. Communicated well and did an excellent job. Will definitely hire him again."

"They were great. It was expensive but they did the trick. My husband went out and bought a new faucet. The original faucet had been there for probably about 20 years. To get it off required some extreme strength and extreme tools, but he made it happen. He was amazing. It happened the night before Thanksgiving so he had the in-laws, my two kids, everybody all staring down his neck while he was doing it. He kept us all very entertained while he was doing it. He was Jake the Plumber - I don't think we will ever forget him. The cost was somewhere between $500 and $800 when everything was all said and done. He was timely and clean, polite, like I said, entertaining, and just very patient. He was just really great. For price, it was an emergency service, at that moment we would have dropped whatever we had to. I would imagine that if it were more scheduled it wouldn't have been so expensive. We took the guys private number, that's how good he was. He did a great job."

"Miguel was great and very professional. He showed up on time and even cleaned up the area at the end. The installation went as he explained to me . I would hire his company again. I would also highly recommend him and his company. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to work with your company."
