They responded, scheduled and completed the work before 2PM the same day. Haas and Sons Electric addressed a wiring issue related to the doorbell / security camera. Dennis and David were exceptional! They called while enroute and arrived promptly as scheduled for the appointment. They immediately demonstrated high levels of professionalism and knowledge about our electrical issue: Dennis answered all our questions and patiently walked us through their diagnostic process. He also clearly explained the factors related to the wiring connection between the doorbell wiring by the builder (of the home) and the security camera equipment installation related to the root cause of the issue. The quality of work was superb. David replaced the doorbell system and all its necessary equipment components efficiently and ensured all new wiring was up to code, meticulously cleaning the work areas afterward. We appreciated their honest approach and made recommendations for future maintenance without any sales pressure. We are extremely satisfied with the results and will use Haas and Sons Electric for all future electrical needs. "Do not use this company. They will rip you off. The contract was for eight 300W LED 40 ft pole lights, but I caught them redhanded installing 240W. Who does that? Then, they broke my lock and broke into my sprinkler room which I saw on my video which they admitted. Then, Kolb sued me for not paying the bill which I disputed due to lost tools as result of the break-in. Who does that breaking into a customer's sprinkler room and not informing that they did. I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."
