"Unfortunately I don't have anything to compare the price too, and I understand that it was no fault of my own or the person dispatched to take care of my issue, but the cost seemed to be a lot more than I had expected. However, he did have to dig down almost five feet just to find where the leak was in my water main. I have no clue how incompetent the people that built this home were, but there is no reason to have had the water main routed this way or this deep. I also feel that I should have asked for a better break down of the cost and charges to better understand rather than just a synopsis of the work done and then a lump sum for the work. I am satisfied with the work and the customer service provided, as well as, with how to service person kept me informed."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated.
