"John and his team did fantastic work on this project! There were 2 major aspects of my exterior restoration project. First was to remove failing stucco off the brick front face. This uncovered damaged headers that needed to be replaced, along with some brick work that needed to be restored. Second phase was to restore the bricks, replace the broken headers, and repoint. John's team lovingly restored the original 1920's bricks (even going out to Harrisburg to find matching bricks!), beautifully refinished the base beside the sidewalk, and installed a dryer vent. Everyone on the team was very communicative throughout the entire process, and left me with a lovely restored Philly row home! I would not hesitate to recommend Keystone Brick & Stucco for your exterior masonry needs."

"I was in need of a professional Tree service due to a nice-sized branch falling onto my neighbor's walkway. Called a few services and decided to go with Taperia Tree Service after meeting Tony. My goal was to have the tree cut completely down. Tony and crew were able to come out the next day. It was very impressive to see the job completed in one day. They also did an excellent job of cleaning the work area (property and street). Taperia Tree Service will be the first call or recommendation if ever a tree service project is needed again. "Patrick Quinn and his team did a fantastic job completing the pointing on our house. He was very respectful of the historic character of our home and knew what he was talking about. After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). Pretty much on time and on budget, told us right away when things weren't quite according to plan. We have a 110+ year old behemoth of a house - NOTHING ever goes according to plan we're used to it. Bonus: they took care of a few details I didn't expect like the steps to a side door (see photos) and repairing a few loose stones elsewhere. We will hire again."

I'm so happy with the job John did cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing our shower floor--it looks brand new! He also replaced a well-worn drain cover at the completion of the project. He was hard to pin down to start the job--but usually that's what happens when people are good at what they do and their services are in demand! "Excellent!! The project took a total of 5 days (not including time for the paver manufacturer to get the pavers in stock). Mr. Amaya spent most of the time getting the foundation right. He put in two layers of crushed stone, the lower layer was of large stones, and the upper layer was fine-crushed stone. He spent an entire day getting the upper foundation just right. The pavers speak for themselves. He put in 22 concentric rings, and every block was precisely placed. Lastly, I was impressed by his honesty. When I gave him his final payment, he told me I overpaid by $300, and gave the money back."

"Took advantage of an Angie's List 'Big Deal' Offer and I am happy with the result and service provided. Two operatives from the company turned up and were polite, professional and tidy. They were happy to answer questions and asked if I was having any problems with the chimney. Gave it a good clean and cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely use again and recommend too friends and neighbors.

"The gentleman was on time and did a good job - left no mess.  I asked for quotes on replacing our old system with a more efficient one, and he gave me two choices.  
My only complaint is they are hard to get ahold of (mailbox is always full), but he still got back to me in a day or two.
