"Joe was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and completely prepared for all possibilities! Initially I had needed help with frozen valves in my bathroom, a sink and faucet installation, and a new garbage disposal installation. I had purchased a countertop with an integrated sink from a home improvement store. When we opened the undamaged box, we discovered that the counter was broken! I was really unhappy and I thought the project was derailed, but Joe was incredibly kind and went to the store with me to make sure that I was able to get it sorted out. He was very cool with teaching me about simple repairs and how to maintain my plumbing. He taught me a lot of things, and was exceedingly patient. He also has a really calm temperament which made the entire experience fun. I had a great time learning from Joe, the work is beautifully done, and my project list is complete! "I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. The job was done really well for an incredibly fair price. I’m super grateful to now have an honest, affordable plumber on my speed dial for any future needs! I highly recommend Ryan. Jim and Steve were courteous and quickly completed the jobs. Jim came back in from talking to Scott and told me $0 for today. Very unexpected, and hesitate to put this piece out there at the risk that Scott will no charge everyone. Of course, when I get the new faucets, I will definitely use them to install.
