"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"John came out and did an initial estimate of the work I wanted done.  He was very professional and gave me some ideas on how to deal with some other projects I need done.  The day the work was scheduled to be done he was here on time, completed the work and made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done.  He hauled everything that needed to be thrown out to the dumpster.

"Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."

"I contacted Xpres and received a quick response by Roxy, one of its designers. We scheduled a visit to inspect the kitchen, take measurements, photos. She also requested a list of the new appliances we had already ordered to ensure correct measurements for the countertops and to get a good countertop match. In addition to visiting the Plymouth showroom, we also toured other facilities as recommened to see a larger selection of modern counter replacement products and kitchen sinks and faucets. The proposals were sent ahead of time and reviewed 1:1. Working within our budget was respected and the payment process was fair. Dave, the manager, was on site during installations, communicated easily with the workers, and he was onsite to check the work on completion. In tandem, Dani, the project manager coordinated the schedules for plumbing, electrical, and kitchen counter backsplash measuring, ordering product and installations. Great team work. "We began our remodeling project with ideas I had been thinking about for years. Perry was a good listener and his plans and initial bid included everything I wanted plus some more insightful ideas. It was a good process to plan with him, and we wanted to participate in many ways with the work of the remodel. The building got underway and we were pleased every day as the carpenters kept us posted with their plans and let us know next steps. Our project manager from the office told us when other subcontractors would be here, and for the most part they were right on schedule. As the back wall was removed, they were careful to work to keep out dust and cold, and to maintain the security of our home. We were impressed with the quality of the work. We were pleased with all aspect of the remodel. We were impressed with the abilities and professionalism of all the subcontractors we came in contact with. We liked being able to do some of the tasks ourselves, as well as making some of the materials purchases. . The total outcome is a beautiful enlarged family room and a porch/entry that we love.
