I have to say that Al also gave me a great deal on a second testing that I requested for a property I was about to buy. A deep discount. He find mold and showed me in a semi new townhome and this caused me to back out of the deal and I ended with a much better property to invest in. I didn’t see such customer service and attitude for many years and it’s good to know that there are still professionals like this around. Also I will mention that the best remediation company around per Angislist recommended him and told me he is the best in thoroughness of his assessments. And they were probably right."
