"I hired Troy-Bilt-Construction for my deck and custom porch project and I couldn't be more happier and pleased with the final product! Troy is a true perfectionist when it comes to his trade! They showed up everyday and worked very long hours until the project was completed! Troy was very helpful In helping me make some of the design decions that I wasn't sure about and always thinking about keeping the structural support part of the build in mind! I truly love my new deck with a beautiful custom screen porch using the ScreenEze system! The job site was cleaned up at the end of everyday and all trash was taking away at the end of job! "Hired Interior Design Renovation for a bathroom remodel and I am VERY happy with the work they did. We uncovered some complicated plumbing (the vanity plumbing lines were tied in to the bathtub underneath the subfloor). They were able to plumb in the new freestanding tub and separate the plumbing for the vanities. They moved some duct work, and they did an AMAZING job renovating our bathroom. "It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
