"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. Since we were going to do less replacing of the deck surface. that freed up funds to do the addition, which came out beautiful and very functional. We have been so impressed by George and his crew in all aspects of our project. From the estimate discussions to their arrival time, to the work ethic the crew showed to the final product, we are so happy with the professionalism displayed by all concerned with our project. "Project: Annual cleaning and inspection of two direct vent gas log fireplaces. The people that came were very friendly and did an excellent job of inspecting the duct and vents of the gas fireplaces. One was a direct vent with easy access from the deck, the other the tech had to climb onto the roof. The tech noted a flashing that needed some caulking which he was able to do at an additional fee as this was not part of the original inspection/cleaning task. He did provide a discount as he was already on the roof. Although they cleaned and inspected the vents, they did not perform the items listed in the Heat and Glo annual cleaning and inspection checklist for the fireplace units themselves. I have to get a company in who actually does maintenance and sustainment work on direct vent gas fireplaces. After repeated tries, the tech was not able to actually start the one fireplace he attempted to start and it was obvious he did not know the procedure. I paid and they departed. I would not ask them to come back for a gas fireplace job, however, they were professional and nice, so I would consider them for a project better suited to their knowledge and experience. Rather than scan my credit card, the tech took an actual photo of it with his cell phone. I called the company and they said they would be sure the photo was deleted. I have not gotten a return call confirmation."

"From the very beginning Stoneberger was excellent.  Amber provided immediate responses and a quick estimate based off photographs I had sent her.  They were able to schedule for the very next day - came on time, worked per the estimate.  In addition, they inspected and lubed the garage door.

"Hired Interior Design Renovation for a bathroom remodel and I am VERY happy with the work they did. We uncovered some complicated plumbing (the vanity plumbing lines were tied in to the bathtub underneath the subfloor). They were able to plumb in the new freestanding tub and separate the plumbing for the vanities. They moved some duct work, and they did an AMAZING job renovating our bathroom. Great work, great to deal with, and we're very happy with the result. Thank you!!"

"It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
