"Thank you, your water filtration system is a perfect fit for our house in Reston VA. Worked with Randy who made free water test and recommendation and had the system installed by young man Matchett. Working with both gents was a real pleasure: they were in time, professional, did not waste my time, were right to the point. Installation was a breeze, received good recommendation, system works great, had another free water test after system was installed. Very happy with results. Strongly recommend."

"Excellent!!! The plumber was informative and so quick. He went over what he would need to do and how much it would cost. The person that took my appointment was also very courteous. They said between 8-10am and he was there at around 8:30am a lot sooner then expected. I really appreciate that as a single female he didn't ask personal questions, if I was married or what my husband, boyfriend or father could do to help me like other service people have from other companies."

"Foundation repair- maybe? but the work was crawl space french drains hooked up to a sump pump that tied into an oudoor downspout for drainage. All was performed professionally & I am satisfied with the results."

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"Came out after hours. Assessed the situation and then came back in the morning and fixed it right up. We moved to Fredericksburg in 2011 and they have been our only plumber for all our plumbing issues. . John is the new owner and he was here operating the backhoe. Strongly recommend them."

"Plumbing Innovators called 30 mins prior to arrival -- checked out the situation and completely replaced the water heater, added a drain pan, expansion tank and a new sump pump within four hours. TJ and Tim completely cleaned up behind themselves, including the old tank and nasty sump pump. Very courteous and very professional -- would hire them every time."

"It went extremely well. Shaun and his team were very responsive and quality of work is top notch. If anybody needs any plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company!!!!"
