"One of my toilets started bubbling up one Saturday morning in December, a few days before I was scheduled to leave town for the holidays.  The toilet flushed okay, and none of the drains backed up , but I was nervous about a blockage in the main line potentially causing problems while I was out of town.  I called Plotke and left a message on their voicemail.  They returned my call within an hour or two, and advised me that I could probably put off a service call since nothing was actually backing up.  There were no problems over the weekend, and I was trying to sort out what to do when Plotke called me on Monday morning to see how things were going.  I realize there was a marketing angle to the call, but I still appreciated it.  I agreed to  "preventative" rooter service and they sent someone that afternoon.  Turned out there was something partially blocking the very end of my mainline.  Service was good, price was reasonable, the only downside was that the plumber who came out was running over an hour behind schedule, and I got no warning about that.  Messed up my schedule a bit.  Otherwise, good experience."
