"BCM London Construction was contracted through the VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) program for my home renovation. I am a disabled veteran who uses a wheelchair, and accessibility and quality were very important. BCM London did an excellent job from start to finish. The project included an accessible ramp from the garage, a complete bathroom tear-down and rebuild with a modern roll-in shower, wheelchair-accessible toilet and sink, and replacing carpet with wood flooring in my bedroom and living room. The new flooring was beautifully matched to the existing kitchen and dining area, and the bathroom turned out especially clean, modern, and functional. The team was professional, on schedule, courteous, and very thorough with cleanup. "Very well. I was skeptical at first but Mr Miller put me at ease by sending his information and was very transparent. He said he would be at the location at a specific time, and was. Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."

"PLEASE READ: Mark was great to work with in the beginning. After I did calculations for some items, Mark became angry and stopped communicating. Before construction could continue, I needed to get an electrician out because there was a real issue. Mark insisted there wasn't. After I insisted and called him out on his lack of communication, he said he was sending over his electrician the next morning. I cancelled plans and stayed home to wait on electrician. I never heard from Mark and he did not respond to texts. I called and he said there was nothing wrong and a new switch was installed. I called an electrician. There was an issue and the new switch was not installed. We also agreed that I would pay for flooring materials on main floor(lvp and underlayment) and Mark would demo and level kitchen and provide transition and baseboard. The floor is sloped in an area and there is a random square board and cuts in wood in more than one area. Mark used my old cheap laminate as a transition board on the stairs. This is not a joke or exaggeration. In addition, Mark did not use the underlayment that I purchased at his recommendation. Mark’s company cut and painted flooring on my gray stained covered porch without putting anything down. I have this on blink video occurring all day. There was paint and dust all over the porch. Mark does not apologize ever. The area had sharp small nails on stairs that were not even worked on. Mark said my request to correct this is ridiculous and said he would not repair slope. I’ve given him every opportunity to repair. I asked for an additional contract so we could let the contract guide us instead. Mark refused to add repairing of slope area and ignores me about underlayment. I asked him not to continue work or send his guys back for other work(He is doing insurance work on bottom floor.) Mark sent his guys twice after this and they just came into the house. I sent them home on Labor Day and texted Mark that I explicitly asked him not to be on the property until we had a signed agreement. His response was they could just work in garage. Update: 9/9/24! Mark is now demanding I take the reviews down or he won’t repair floors. The nightmare continues. He said he is putting a lien on my house. He says I am preventing him from doing the work but that is a complete lie. Read all details above to understand."
