"Jim and Jordan were both professional and honest. They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Since their installation, we have had sustained rain a number of times and the foundation drain has worked very well. No more water in the basement. I would highly recommend them."

"Jaime Flores at king waterproofing was great. I had water getting into my foundation walls causing moisture and a bad smell in my basement and crawl space. He came over for the initial quote and pretty much explained to me that the basement and Caldwell space needed to be waterproofed and the method he recommended was the same all the other companies recommended just with a slightly better price. They came out and did the work when they said they were going to come, finished, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I am totally happy with the work."

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Hugo was prompt and professional in coming out and giving us an estimate and an overview of what he was going to do. We were not sure if our problems were due to a leaky shower or if it was due to a foundation problem. Nevertheless we chose All-Pro Waterproofing to ensure we covered all our bases. It would have been good if we had an overview of what problems were or were not found once the project was completed. The crew who came to the house did an exemplary job of cleaning up and took care not to disturb the plants around the work area."

"I contacted CGS Waterproofing because I was getting water in my finished basement . CGS sent their Rep. Pierre Kaisin who quickly identified the problem and a solution to eliminate it. Thank you Pierre and Jay! Two weeks later they sent their A team - Jaime Flores, Carlos and their crew. They installed 60+ feet of interior perimeter drain and an estimated 10 feet of exterior drain. The crew was professional, courteous, neat and timely. Gulf Storm Delta hit just days later dropping an estimated 5 inches of rain and my basement stayed dry! "Vanguard's price was between two other waterproofing company. But I chose them because of the owner's honesty and professionalism. When I asked each company about competitors, Vanguard is the only company that refused to discuss the competitors. That speaks volumes. The work was clean and they explained each item on my property they were using. After the first hard rain, I checked the crawlspace and it was dry and cool. While the exterior water was running away from the home as it was drawn in their sketch for me. Finally, they offered a payment plan that was flexible. I had an overwhelming sense of peace when I selected Vanguard. That peace was confirmation that I had selected the right company. I have no regrets."
