"I cannot say enough about Chuck Miller. He exceeded our expectations. He was efficient, reliable, professional and above all his work was amazing. He transformed our dingy unfinished basement into a beautiful apartment for my in-laws. He was able to add a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, office space and storage closet. He was always upfront with us and let us know everything that was going to happen and what day it would be done. All of his workers were kind, knowledgeable and cleaned up after they were finished. The entire process was easy and as stress free as possible. Even when there were a few bumps in the road due to pre-existing issues in our basement, Chuck explained in detail what the issue was and how they could fix it. We had total confidence and trust in his ability. And we never regretted choosing him as our contractor. Chuck has a way of making us feel at ease and creating an easy-going work relationship. The only ding which isn't a major one was that Raven replaced some rotten wood around the door area and the old wood was left on site and was not thrown away. "We were very please after our kitchen renovations were done but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of new appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"
