"Everything went wonderfully with this company. They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work. Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine. One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring. Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues. They cleaned up after themselves very neatly. They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost! Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"Everyone at Top Notch Transition was wonderful. Quick response for an appointment. Leslie came out next day to evaluate the work to be done. A few days later, Doug, came at 8 am and had great suggestions. He went to buy all the supplies needed at the nearest Home Depot. Doug did an excellent job finishing and painting the 6 windows.

"A Few Good Tradesmen was a good vendor for me. They were good at communicating prior to the job including working on the estimate and getting the work dates squared away. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job in the timeframe they expected.
We determined in advance which fence materials to use, and they showed up with the exactly correct materials and did a nice job of installation. The fence feels sturdy and the joints between the parts are nice and tight.
They had the two awnings down in short order without incident. Once they were down, the exposed siding needed touch-up, cleaning or something. Their original idea was to swap some of the damaged siding with good siding from the back of the garage, but they did not realize that the siding was aluminum (they thought it was vinyl) so they decided not to try to remove/replace siding and instead did a fair job of cleaning up the damaged areas.
The job site was clean after they left on both days of the two-day job.

"The whole process was excellent. From the very competent and careful salesperson to the installation crew. Roof was installed on time, in one day (as promised). The garden was left clean, no plants were affected. The initially installed kitchen vent wasn't ideal (no baffle) but when I asked Sturdy to fix it they did it promptly and well. The materials used by Sturdy were from well known and reputable company so I hope that the roof will last for a long time.
