"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"After having R & M replace my roof in June of 2009 I came home to find some shingles missing from my roof after the latest wind storm. I contacted them at 5:40p.m. on Friday 3/14/14. Not only did they call call me back immediately  they sent someone out that night to tarp my roof to prevent further damage. They explained to me that they expected it to be covered under the manufacturers warranty and that they would get back to me after looking at the damage.
On 3/18/14 I can home and noticed the tarp was gone and my shingles had been replaced. I immediately called R&M to find that there was indeed no charge for this service as it was indeed covered under the shingle manufacturer's warranty.
I feel like I should mention again: I had not spoken to this company for over 5 years!
Thank you Thank you Thank you
Andrew N.

"I have a 1972 doublewide trailer. It had a metal roof on half the home and a shingle roof on the other half.I also had a flat roof on the addition. When it rained the flat foor would leak, and the wind would blow water under the metal part of the roof where it joined with the shingled section of the roof.Lesshafft roofing came out and gave me a estimate to replace all the shingles and extend the roof over the flat roof section making it one complete roof. The workmanship was excellent.Russ Lesshafft knows his business"

"Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too! Really pleased that we hired Tommy Mattingly Masonry, I will be using him again in the future for any of my masonry needs."

"Mr. Scott was friendly, punctual, and eager for our business.  His price quote was 25% less than any of the other three bids we obtained.  However, as we learned more about the roofing process, we learned that his bid did not provide for the quality of work we were seeking.  He did not plan to replace all the roofing paper nor include an ice edge.  These were items that would not have been noticable in the short term but could have caused issues over time. "

FAQs for metal roofing installation and replacement projects in Curdsville, KY

Copper roofs can last 100 years or more, so you’re likely never to need another replacement. Regular maintenance, including annual inspections and occasional cleaning, keeps them in top shape. Work with a licensed roofer for any repairs or inspections to be sure the roof stays watertight and performs as expected.

Cleaning a copper roof averages $460, sealing costs an average of $3 per square foot, and broader repairs cost an average of $6,500.While those figures may seem steep compared to simple maintenance, they’re still far less than the cost of a complete replacement. Staying on top of annual cleanings and quick fixes helps keep costs down and allows the roof to reach its 100-year lifespan.

That green hue is a natural patina that forms as copper reacts with air and moisture. In coastal areas, it can appear in five to seven years; in dry regions, it may take up to 14. The patina shields the copper, so letting it develop is perfectly fine. If you prefer the shiny look, you can have a pro apply a clear sealant and recoat it as needed.

You can paint a copper roof, but it will block the natural patina and may shorten the roof’s lifespan. Once paint goes on, future upkeep becomes more involved—you’ll need to scrape and repaint every few years. Most homeowners skip painting and opt for cleaning or a clear sealant to keep the copper looking its best.

Copper holds up well in nearly every climate. In a humid region, it naturally resists fungus, moss, and algae. In snowy or windy areas, it sheds precipitation and stays firmly in place, as long as it’s installed with room to expand and contract. That flexibility helps the roof stay leak-free through temperature swings and harsh weather year after year.
