Even worse, they returned the next day and STILL didn't do what they were supposed to do, even after agreeing with me via text about what needed to be done. I am so angry and dissappointed. However, what I stated below is still true. ORIGINAL: The install went smoothly, the team was professional and did a fantastic job of keeping my house clean - which is incredibly hard when working with plaster.
