"Savant did an amazing job on our project. They had the whole job completed in 2.5 days. The pricing was very competitive. We received several quotes for the work and Savant was cheaper than most other contractors. With the service and quality of work we received I would say they are well worth the the cost. We even had some leaking on the garage roof and where other companies had quoted us to replace all of the wood for the roof, Savant was able to replace just the rotted boards and saved us hundreds if not thousands. "My wife and I are licensed architects and very particular and demanding of our contractors. Bob explained the technology of his products and took the time to listen and understand the job. He was flexible and able to use the particular shingle we wanted which wasn't his preferred brand. We also replaced a flat roofed porch and, on the week of the job, we asked that he install a roll roofing material that closely matched the roof shingles' color. He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."

"John did a fantastic job. Considering all the various aspects to the job, the price was very reasonable. The majority of the front of our 2 story house is cedar and John had to replace 12+ boards and then paint. In addition, he caulked 4-5 two story seems in our aluminum siding in the back and added 4 aluminum caps over older boards that were used for mounting lights / utility meters. Also, during the process we decided to add 4 new exterior lights, John was more than agreeable in adding the lights we purchased. The team was on time, friendly, and professional. We would definitely hire John again!"
