"I was grateful that they were willing to take on a small job of finishing some deck work. Kyle was professional and efficient in getting the work done. . I am very pleased with the work and look forward to calling on them again when needs arise."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"We recently had some water damage so without hesitation we called Cody whom we have used for several projects over the past few years. We are always extremely happy with Codyâ s work wether it be be drywall, painting, roofing etc. He is very reliable, honest and hard working. We would highly recommend using Marins Construction for any project you have. Top notch work!"

I've been working in the trades for almost 10 years now and have gained a wealth of knowledge since then. I have an extensive back ground in rough carpentry, trim carpentry and concrete but I have a very transferable skill set. I'm primarily looking for work in the Central KY area but I'm willing to go anywhere for the right opportunity. Your satisfaction with whatever scope of work you need done is my #1 priority and I won't stop until you're are happy! Looking forward to working with you!

"If there are more then 5 star rating I would give them. 10/10 Excellent, very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and responsible. Josiah Robey worked on my garage ceiling leak, replaced attic fan and couple of other small jobs. Guided me in the right direction and shared with me his knowledge and experience. True value for money. Very pleasant and someone you can trust and count on. Quoted me the price and stuck to it. Hard working and showed pride and dignity in it. Knew what is was doing!!"

"Was a very good experience working with these gentlemen would work with again ."

"This project turned out beautifully! Alex was quick to respond to my message and promptly set up a date to assess the project and give me a quote. He was very helpful in assisting me to find the right materials and has fair pricing. We scheduled to start the project the following week and they showed up on time, and completed within the expected time frame. The quality of work was impeccable and turned out far better than I had even planned. All good things! Not to mention, as a nightshift nurse, they had my complete trust as I had to sleep during the day and leave in the afternoon for work, cleaning and locking up when they left for the day. Could not have asked for a better experience :)"

"Don't let the name fool you: Mr. Damer does much more than excavation. I'm a single mom and I have an older house that's not a fixer-upper but has come up on generational updates/maintenance. I'm on a budget and can pay, but not pay twice if it's done wrong. Mr. Damer cut down and removed a very large dead tree in my yard and clear about 30 x 8' of dense shrubbery, then regraded and seeded it, and finally chainlink fenced it increasing immensely, the utility of my yard for the kids. As a USMC veteran Mr. Damer is disciplined and efficient and respectful of a family environment - a throwback to an older generation. In the house Mr. Damer has helped to begin electrical updates/upgrades installing new work lights in my basement, an oven hood and ceiling fixtures. I would highly recommend Mr.Damer to people I consider good friends!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
