I interacted closely with every member of their team and was very impressed with their commitment to quality and customer service. You will first meet with Edward to go over your new construction or remodel plans and he will provide you with a quote. He has worked in pool construction himself and will let you know all potential issues you may encounter so there are no surprises. He provided me a quote very quickly and had the details right whereas several of my quotes took two weeks or more if I even received anything from them and were usually sloppy and missed half of what we discussed. Not the case with Angels Pools – Edward was spot on. If you move forward with the project then you will interact with Julie for scheduling and payments. She is a super friendly person and also very responsive. Then when construction begins you will meet the foreman and owner of the business Angel. Smart and friendly and also responsive and flexible. You know immediately he cares about the work and the project. Lastly you will meet the talent, their team of high quality workers who are all trustworthy, skilled and friendly. They keep things as clean as possible and show a true commitment to quality. They also referred me to a pool maintenance vendor who after 4 other horrible poolmen has also exceeded my expectations. Angels Pools is an amazing pool contractor and partner and I highly recommend them!"

"I cannot say enough good things about them.  Extremely responsive, courteous  and professional.  Took great care in wrapping the furniture and in moving it into the house (made sure it didn't scratch the walls or the floors).  Were extremely patient with us when we changed our minds with the the placement of some of the furniture (moved couches from one room to another and back again).  We also had some challenging reassembling issues that they handled no problem.

"We had Crystal Pool & Spa quote and then remodel our existing in ground plaster pool.  They were quick to do estimates, they only do it via email.  They were able to look up the build records of our pool and then quote the remodel based on size.  The pool is approx 15' wide by 32' long with 9' deep end and 3' shallow end.  There is a tiny spa, but the old homeowners removed the heater.  The Spa barely holds one person, so we opted to remove the spa wall and make a seating area for the pool.  CPS was quick to quote, started work in about two weeks and it took two weeks to finish.  Took a little longer since the tile we originally wanted was out of stock and took a few days to get tile samples as well.  Overall, all the crews worked quickly and hard and did an excellent job.  Two weeks start to finish until the pool was full of water

They left the backyard pretty clean afterwards, but the plaster guys left some plaster material in a flower planter bed, that was empty.  So I am left with cleaning that out.  Everyone was very nice and professional and the work went smoothly, very hassle free."

"We were very happy with the cost and the fact that Joe looked at the least expensive options first and was able to perform everything at a lower cost than I was expecting. 
The only negative we had is that he wasn't always quick in getting back to us with next steps as he did come out on 3 separate occasions.  Joe told us that he had hurt his foot while on a job after the fact.  I understand, but it would have been good to get a return call so that we weren't wondering what was going on.  The first visit was on 5/06/13, so overall we were able to get it fixed pretty quickly.
He also wasn't able to provide much help with our request to get new wood siding and his response was just that "I don't do wood".  Again, I understand but would have been nice to get some direction on who to work with or how to move forward on that piece.

"He is a great guy. He is really good and has got a small little company. It is not just him. The owner is Jimmy Khuc. He is licensed and insured. I have had him for about a year now and he does a real good job. A part in my pool heater was not working and he looked around and he brought a part that looks new but which is used. So I got it for less than half the cost which I would have to pay for a new one. He is willing to go the extra mile to save me money. I had my pool done about four years ago and my tiles started coming off but he put the tiles back for me which was really cheap and it is working great. It is the same guy that comes out every time which is a big plus. I never would recommend a pool guy but this guy is right on and it’s hard to find somebody like him. If I have a question I will call him and he would be right out here within a couple of hours. He is very professional. He sends out a contract of all the things that he is going to do and signs it. I am pretty impressed with him."
