"Friendly and professional service. Troubleshooted quickly, resolving issue with dryer."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Lenny called me the morning after I submitted my request. I explained the situation to him and he told me what he thought was causing the issue. He said it probably would not be a cost effective to repair the washer. He offered to look and confirm. I appreciated his candid assessment and him not wanting to waste my time or money. I will definitely contact him the next time I need a repair."

"Lenny showed up right on time, and was friendly and professional. He knew immediately what the problem was with our washer and was able to fix it in the same day and for a very fair price. Highly recommended."
