"Thank you for this service! Without it we would never have found Cecil. He was GREAT! My mom's fridge went out last night and she was distraught. Tomorrow is her grocery day and not having a fridge was just not going do! Cecil called me within minutes of my search here on this site this morning and offered his services. I checked with my mom, called him right back and asked if he could come today. He said he would be there between 4-6 today. At about 3 pm he called and said he could be there a little earlier, around 3:30 if that was OK. He came, diagnosed the problem and from the questions he asked about what the fridge was doing before it stopped cooling, you could tell he knew his stuff.! He had asked the model number on the phone so he had all the parts he needed with him already and was able to fix the fridge in less than one hour!! We did not do any price comparisons but the price he quoted was in line with what I was expecting a fridge repair to be. With his fast, courteous and professional service, I was able to help mom get things back in her fridge and home before dark. We could not have asked for a better service experience. "Over the last three years we have used Appliance Repair Quality for repair work on three of our home appliances: refrigerator, stove, and dryer. All of these were/are over 30 years old. Dmitry was immediately responsive each time we contacted him, and he scheduled repair technician Tony to come to our home either the same day or the next day. Tony is amazing. He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Tony also quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Magic Chef gas stove/oven, and on another trip with our Maytag dryer. On all these visits Tony was courteous, clear in explaining the problem, and efficient in making the repair via parts replacement at a very fair price. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session.
