"That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. "Mike (Cambria Constuction) and his men did an overall outstanding job replacing our patio in a difficult location on our property. HIs price to do the jib was right too. The only thing I wish they had done differently was to make sure the concrete did not stain the bottoms of our trim and siding. It was taped and plastic sheeting was in place but did not stay due to not enough tape a on a windy day. We would DEFINITELY hire Cambria Construction Services again!"
